Student Enrollment Confirmation and Information Update

  • In late spring, SUSD parents/guardians are required to update their child's data and confirm enrollment for the next school year. Updated data include: parent contact phone numbers and email address, emergency contact names and phone numbers, student medical concerns/allergies, photo permissions, district agreements and indemnifications, school directory listing, and more. If there is a residence address change, please contact the District Office

    Student information updates are done via the PowerSchool parent portal in early May through the last day of school in early June. Instructions are sent via eNews and home letter in early May.

    • If you've forgotten your password, don't have a PowerSchool account, or have a child who started new in SUSD in the current school year, please refer to your letter or the above Instructions Download. If you do not receive the letter by mid-May, contact registration@saratogausd.org.

    • If you have a PowerSchool parent account go to the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Click on the student name in the blue bar, click CONFIRM ENROLLMENT, complete the information update pages, and SUBMIT.  Fix any errors or omissions as needed.  To update another student, go back to PowerSchool, click on the next student's name and repeat.  Please use Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome.  Full directions are above in the Instructions Download.

    For incoming K-5 students who miss the deadline, the student name will not be listed on the first day of classroom postings.  

    For Redwood students who miss the deadline, they cannot pick up their schedule on the first day of schedule pick up.

InfoSnap

  • PowerSchool Registration/InfoSnap is a secure online solution utilized by Saratoga Union School District.  InfoSnap enables new-to-district families to register online and enables currently enrolled families to verify/update their student(s)' information prior to the start of each school year. 

    To access InfoSnap, your student must be currently enrolled or preregistered with the school district. 

    NEW TO SUSD students: after you have completed the pre-registration process at the District Office, follow the directions in the InfoSnap email sent to you. Your snapcode link is listed in the letter. 

    CURRENTLY ENROLLED students: Updated information will be posted here in late spring. 

    The InfoSnap portal is open for the 2016-2017 school year from May 2 - June 3, 2016. View the instructions at the top of this page on the left. Letters for grades K-5 were mailed home in early May. Redwood families should log into the PowerSchool parent portal and click Enrollment Confirmation 2016-17. The portal will be open May 1 - June 3, 2016.  To make changes to your contact information, emergency contacts, or address for the current school year or after the portal closes, please contact your school office directly. Updates are due by June 3.
