An elected Board of Trustees consisting of five members governs the district. The term of office for board members is four years. There are no applicable term limits. Board members, by state law, must reside within the school district boundaries.

2010-2011 Board MeetingsRegular meetings of the Board of Trustees are typically held at 7:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month (except July) in the District Conference Room, 20460 Forrest Hills Drive, Saratoga, CA. 95070. Meetings are occasionally held at other district sites. Please check the individual meeting agenda or board events calendar (to the left) for individual meeting location and start time.
